Our business is about getting the right plastic to you in perfect condition, when you want it. We are all about 100% customer satisfaction. Last month, we achieved that with 99.5% of our deliveries. The other 0.5% we refunded with no issue what so ever.
We offer standard, next day and named day delivery services.
Our larger orders are delivered via specialist couriers and we will email you the day before their delivery.
Whichever delivery option you choose, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Special Offer: Standard Delivery
All orders are delivered using our standard delivery service unless you choose our next day or named day services.
Standard delivery is usually within 3 days. Custom orders are usually delivered within 5 working days. Standard delivery dates are estimated so please allow ample time for the item to arrive by the time it is needed.
Next Day Delivery
We can deliver orders for clear acrylic, polycarbonate and silver acrylic mirror next day. Where next day delivery is available we will offer you this choice during checkout.
Please order before 4 p.m. Orders received after 4 p.m will be delivered the following working day after. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays and weekends.
Named Day Delivery
We can also deliver on your chosen day to make it easier for you to be at home when your order arrives. As you checkout, choose the date you'd like us to deliver on and we'll work to that.
If you live in the local area, you can stop by our fabrication facility to pick up your order. You can even pick up your order just an hour after placing your order. This service is free and is ideal if you want to save money on shipping.

If we think that your order cannot be delivered safely using our standard service, we will contact you to let you know and discuss other delivery options. This normally is only the case for large quantity orders.
If you have specific delivery instructions, please leave write them in the ‘Order Delivery Notes’ box in checkout. Notes left here are sent to our couriers. Please note: couriers will be unable to contact you prior to your delivery or to accept new delivery information once your order has left our facilities.
About Your Order
If you have specific details for your order (ex. the size of drilled holes or the radius of rounded corners) please tell us in the ‘Order Notes’ box at checkout. Please note delivery instructions should be left in the 'Order Delivery Notes' box only.
When you place an order with us you can expect:

we add extra protection around more vulnerable areas such as corners
we finish our protective packaging with sturdy cardboard
we send your plastic to you using reputable tracked couriers and services
our plastic is also protected by easy to remove film on both sides
Someone needs to sign for your order as it is delivered. If you are out when our courier delivers they will leave a card for you to contact them with details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. You can also place an alternative address for delivery if you know you're not going to be in.
Please note that we cannot cover the cost of any onward delivery or shipping costs once your item has been delivered by our carriers.
We aim to please and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if your order is imperfect or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 14 days to let us know and we'll either refund or exchange for you. Please return it the item as you received it, with the plastic film still attached and the item unused.
If you want to return plastic to us the cost of doing so is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a delivery service which insures the value of the order as the plastic remains your responsibility until it reaches us at:

We take great care packing our orders to make sure that your delivery reaches you in perfect condition, inspecting the item carefully before sending it out.
If your order arrives with any signs of damage, please sign for it as DAMAGED. Please email a photograph of the damage along with your order number within 3 days and we will sort out a refund or replacement for you.
Please keep your packaging and do not use the damaged goods, so they can be collected and returned to us if necessary.
If you need to cancel or adjust your order, contact us quoting your order reference number within 14 days of the day you receive the goods and we'll exchange or refund it for you.
Please note orders for custom cut down to size or custom cut shapes are excluded from this and we are unable to cancel or amend these orders once they have been placed.
If your order has already been processed when you email us with a change, you will need to return the goods to us in their original condition using the Returns procedure above.
If your order is faulty we will cover all delivery costs; if you are returning products that are not faulty then the cost of returning the plastic to us is your responsibility.
Custom cut shapes or down to size orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are incorrect or faulty.
Before returning any item to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging when possible and please keep the protective film on the plastic and don't try to use it.
